The abortion industry claims that a woman has the right to do whatever she wants with her body. Yet, when a woman wants to drink an over-the-counter herbal tea to induce an abortion, they are silent on the matter. I guess they only care about a woman’s rights to choice as long as they can profit from it.
So what is the difference between a woman aborting her child on her own or a woman going to a doctor to abort that same child. The difference is that the abortion industry doesn’t make any money in the latter situation.
Abortion is and has been about two things. First, it’s about money, a lot of money. Each year the abortion industry brings in over $1.1 billion in America alone. With that much money at stake, the abortion industry has a lot to lose if abortions are made illegal. That’s why they will do and say anything to prevent that from happening. Another area that would cut into their profits are regulations. They spend a lot of money (some of which is taxpayer dollars) to fight any proposed legislation to regulate abortion clinics.
Secondly, it’s about population control, more specifically, the genocide of minority groups, Blacks in particular although Hispanics are increasingly being targeted. The birth control movement and abortion industry was championed by Planned Parenthood’s founder Margaret Sanger, a known racist and eugenicist. Her implementation of, at first, the Negro Project and then the founding of Planned Parenthood has perpetuated an evil so deceitful that today many accept it as a basic right in our communities.
Many pro-choice advocates cite that if abortion was made illegal women would just return to back alley abortions with hangers and that would be so unsafe. Yet many abortion clinics are not much safer. The number of reports of women being harmed by abortionists is on the rise. This increase is, in my opinion, not because abortion clinics are less safe but rather because more pro-lifers are being more watchful and reporting the clinics to authorities. And with the news of Dr. Gosnell’s Philadelphia ‘house of Horrors’ and his subsequent arrest authorities are more likely to follow up on those complaints.
A recent example is an unidentified 42-year-old woman who died after having an abortion at the Melbourne abortion clinic on December 14, 2011. She died on December 18, 2011 after being admitted to Box Hill Hospital. The clinic has been investigated on four previous occasions for charges ranging from performing a late-term abortion on an intellectually disabled woman without her consent to infecting over 50 women with Hepatitis C.
Another great example of the corruption of the abortion industry is the surprisingly common practice of Medicaid fraud. There have been cases and charges brought about in many states against Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers for inappropriate billing Medicaid for services not performed or not related to the abortions. One such case is the recent indictment and arrest of Dr. Tyrone Malloy and his abortion facility office manager right here in my home state of Georgia. Malloy and his office manager are being charged with defrauding Medicaid out of about $400,000 in payment for pre-abortion ultrasounds Malloy never did and abortions that did not qualify for reimbursement. A pro-life activist in Atlanta says of the arrest, “Oh my goodness! Praise the Lord! I got the best early Christmas gift this year, got news today that abortion provider Tyrone Malloy was indicted along with his office manager at Old National GYN for Medicaid Fraud!!! Dr. Malloy thinks he is untouchable; bet he is a wee bit nervous at the prospect of going to jail for 10 YEARS!!! YES LORD!”
In the Gosnell case mentioned above, six of Dr. Gosnell’s co-defendants have already been conviction ranging from murder to practicing without a license. Dr. Gosnell is still awaiting his trial on seven counts of murder along with other various changes.
These are not isolated incidents. They are a lot more common that people know. The reason you don’t hear about them is that the liberal media won’t report on them. Most of the incidents are reported on by pro-life organizations who struggle financially to shed a light on them. The abortion industry, with all their millions of dollars, has managed to grease the right palms and keep the pro-lifers at bay; but now their house of cards in beginning to fall apart.
So if abortion is legal why is it wrong for a woman to abort her own child? Clearly it’s not because of the safety factor since abortion mills are not safe places. Is it because of disposing of the baby is not sanitary in self-abort cases? That can’t be it either as many abortion clinics have done with same thing with their aborted babies as the woman in New York.
