Lindsay Cochran was born with spinal muscular atrophy, and has been bound to a wheelchair since she was two years old.
However, her older brother, Trenton, has been by her side all along, even saying “I would take a bullet for her”.
The story won the K-LOVE fan award, with the station saying, “In a surprise award announcement, we honor the Cochran Family with the Unsung Hero Award. Watch their heartwarming story as they share what each means to the other.”
