Kanye West keeps exposing the evils of abortion to his massive fan base.
Speaking about his pro-life views with Nick Cannon on the podcast “Cannon’s Class,” West said abortion has led to a “black genocide” against babies in the womb, the Daily Mail reports.
West is one of the most widely-known celebrities in America. A musician married to reality TV star Kim Kardashian, he announced plans this summer to run for president of the United States. Since that announcement, he has been speaking out strongly against abortion.
West told Cannon that God wants him to speak out for unborn babies, and lives are being saved because of it, The Federalist reports.
He said abortions are being used to destroy African Americans: a “black genocide.”

“Over 1,000 black babies are aborted every day, so that means we are inside of it as we speak. We are inside a genocide …” he said, pointing to the racist beliefs of Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger.
“I didn’t even want to have to say that information out loud, but God said, ‘Ye, I need to use you.’ I’m one of the bullhorns,” West continued.
Asked about the negative reactions to his emotional breakdown over abortion during a campaign event in July, West said the world is “sick.” During that speech, he cried while admitting that he and his wife almost aborted their oldest daughter.
“A world that thinks you shouldn’t cry and be in repentance when you just … you know that is the world that is sick,” he said.
After his comments got massive media coverage, West said people began to contact him to tell him that they chose life for their unborn babies.
“For anyone who wants to tear me down for crying, you realize that because of South Carolina, there are people who have decided to have a child? Because they connected. And if they were on the fence about it, they never saw anyone in my position take that position and say, ‘Look at this. This is a 7-year-old right here. And she might have never made it here,’” he said referring to his oldest child.
Cannon asked if West’s abortion comments are primarily political because he is running for president on the “Birthday Party” ticket.
West responded, “I can only give God the glory because of the connection point to the Birthday Party is dealing with life and pro-life, because these are kids that are now gonna get a chance to have birthdays.”
Also speaking about the importance of family, West told Cannon that his first priority is being a dad.
“People say, ‘I feel closer to God when I’m at the top of a mountain.’ I feel closer to God when I’m on my knees talking to my children,” he said.
In July, West also blasted the Planned Parenthood abortion chain as a “white supremacists’” organization that does the “devil’s work” in an interview with Forbes Magazine. Then, in August, he wrote a series of posts on Twitter mourning how the abortion industry targets unborn black babies and mothers for abortions.
“Over 22,500,000 black babies have been aborted over the past 50 years,” West wrote.
Previously, he said he does not think abortions should be illegal, but society should provide more support to help mothers choose life for their unborn babies.
