WATCH: Abortion Activist Attacks Man Because He’s Driving a Truck With Pro-Life Signs

A pro-life advocate was attacked Tuesday in Warsaw, Poland while driving a van with pro-life signs around the city.

The pro-life advocate with Fundacja Pro, a conservative NGO, was grabbed and hit repeatedly while waiting at a stop light in the Warsaw district of Wilanów, according to Notes from Poland. The report identified the pro-lifer only by his first name, Jan.

According to a video of the attack, Jan was in the van waiting at a stop light when a man approached the vehicle. The man can be seen throwing an object at the window and then opening the driver-side door and grabbing Jan, trying to pull him out of the vehicle. At one point, the attacker grabs Jan’s hat and later his cell phone and throws them both. At another point, the attacker slams the van door on Jan’s head and then pushes him before walking away.

“Based on such attacks, we understand that abortionists do not respect the lives of those most vulnerable,” Jan told Polskie Radio. “If you stand up for the unborn, they can attack you as well.”

According to Notes from Poland, Fundacja Pro has been the target of multiple attacks in recent months, including five cases of arson and another assault in which one of its workers was “hit with heavy chains” in November. The conservative organization is well-known for displaying pro-life messages and other causes on vans and driving them around Warsaw.

Leaders of the organization asked the public to help identify the attacker and urged people to contact police with information.

“Despite these attacks, it is our duty to preach the truth,” organization board member Mariusz Dzierżawski said. “The bandits who support abortion are also ready to attack those who have already been born.”

Poland is one of the few countries in Europe that recognizes unborn babies’ right to life. It prohibits abortions except in cases of rape, incest and risks to the mother’s life.

Across the world, abortion activists are growing increasingly aggressive and violent.

In New York City, abortion activists screamed profanities at young children and families leaving a pro-life Mass at St. Patrick’s Cathedral and projected disgusting pro-abortion messages onto a prominent Catholic Church in Washington, D.C. In Mississippi, they vandalized a pro-life billboard.
