David Daleiden Takes His Case to the Supreme Court for Justice Against Planned Parenthood

It looks like the highest Court in the land could be gearing up to hear David Daleiden’s case!

Let me explain what just happened…

You’ll remember that the Thomas More Society has filed not one, but TWO petitions asking the Supreme Court to hear our cases on behalf of pro-life hero David Daleiden—in the Planned Parenthood and National Abortion Federation (NAF) lawsuits against him. The NAF declined to respond to our Supreme Court petition—they wanted to make it seem as if it wasn’t worth their time.

But here’s the kicker: We just received word that the Supreme Court has told the NAF they must respond.

You see, the Supreme Court recognizes we’re onto something here—this is not something the NAF and the abortion lobby can just minimize and hand-wave away.

I’m so encouraged to hear this news from the Supreme Court because our battle for justice has been almost 8 years in the making. The NAF’s lawsuit was the first legal action taken against David after he exposed the wicked and illegal sale of aborted baby body parts by abortion executives.

It was the abortion industry’s first attempt to punish David and keep his groundbreaking work hidden from the public. But it was far from the last.

After all our hard work and David’s many years of waiting in fear and uncertainty about his future, I would hate to see these villains in the abortion industry get their way. Which is exactly why we’re asking the Supreme Court to hear our appeals and why I’m hopeful that the Court will hear this critical case.

You and I cannot let the abortion industry get away with its vile profiteering while an innocent man is bankrupted and jailed for exposing their evil.

Make no mistake, if the Supreme Court decides to hear David’s case, the entire nation will be watching—and the outcome would send shockwaves through the pro-life movement and the future of undercover journalism.

You and I are becoming a part of history by standing on the side of pro-life heroism… and the truth itself. I hope you will continue to stand with David today. Thank you for all your continued prayers and support.
